For our trailer rentals, we need a copy of your driver's license, insurance card, and an email to send the invoice to. The renter needs to confirm that their insurance coverage extends to the trailer being towed. You can find more information about this and different options on the "rental agreement" tab to the left.
Also, please confirm that you have the proper hitch to connect the trailer. We do have some hitches available if needed, but cannot always guarantee we have them in stock so please ask at time of scheduling if you need one.
Our trailers come with addition equipment based on the type of trailer you rent from us. This includes everything from extra straps, axle straps, winches, ez track anchors, and even hitches if a customer need it. You don't get that with companies such as U-Haul. We strive for every renter to leave our lot with the right trailer, the right equipment, and knowing they should have a worry-free trip. A security deposit offers us the ability to rapidly replace equipment due to it missing or fix damage occurred during a rental due to improper handling. The exception is normal wear and tear, but we try to remove worn equipment during our trailer inspections after every rental. We understand accidents happen, but this allows us and our renters to help make their towing experience not only easy on themselves, but on next customer as well.
Absolutely. But to prevent scheduling conflics and maintain trailer availability, trailers will not be held unless a minimum $50 reservation deposit or the invoice is paid in full for any trailer reservation scheduled for pickup farther out than 48 hours out from time of booking.
We offer a variety of trailer types including enclosed trailers, utility trailers, and car haulers. Our fleet is growing as demand increases so always check back to see new additions to the fleet.
We offer hourly (2 hours minimum), daily, weekly, and monthly. Our rentals are based on an hourly time schedule, not a calendar day schedule. Example, if you have a 1-day rental and you pick up the trailer today at 3 pm, it will be due back tomorrow by 3 pm.
As most of these issues have been rare, the have been known to happen:
1. Renter refuses to pay the invoice prior to pick up. We won't be connecting the trailer to your tow vehicle prior to the invoice being paid in full.
2. Trailer plug doesn't work. Most vehicles come with at least a 4-way plug, some a 7-way, but we cannot legally let you pull out of the driveway without proper working lights and if applicable, working trailer brakes.
3. Condition or towing capacity of the towing vehicle is questionable. It is our job to make sure you are as safe as possible while you're towing with a vehicle. And we will try our best to make sure you can't be overloaded. What happens after you leave our lot is out of our hands, but we are not responsible to damage to your vehicle due to improper towing. Also, if a trailer is damaged due to a renter overloading the recommended weight of the trailer, they are responsible for fixing the trailer or total replacement of the trailer per our contract. Each vehicle as a specific towing capability. However, this doesn't mean that it is always safe for the selected trailer.
Yes, we offer delivery and pick-up services for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information so we can make the proper arrangements.
