Scheduling Process

Step 1: Book, Pay, and Sign your Rental Agreement.

Select what trailer you would like, select view availability, and our booking software will guide you through the rest. You book, pay, and sign your rental agreement within minutes. And then your all set for your rental.

Step 2: Rental Check-Out Form

When picking up your reserved trailer, using the Renter-Links-Hub, you will need to complete Step 2: Fill Out Check-Out Form before you hit the road. This form confirms your information, makes sure you lights, brake controller, and other equipment are in working order. Then you take pictures of the unit before you hit the road.

Step 3: Rental Check-In Form

When returning the trailer, using the Renter-Links-Hub, you will need to complete Step 3: Submit Your Check-In Form to report any problems with the rental and to upload return pictures of the unit. This will conclude your rental.

What makes us available 24/7?

Everyone's schedules can be crazy sometimes, including ours. So, in order for us to provide a 24-hour service for our customers, there may be times we are not available to meet up with you. However, with our new booking software, and following the steps above, we are still able to get you your trailer when you need it.

What does this mean?

If we have to schedule a contactless pickup or drop-off with you, after the rental agreement is signed and submitted, you will get the code to the corresponding lockbox for the keys and the supply cabinet if you need anything special such as a hitch, or chains and binders.

What are the keys for?

You will be able to use the keys to unlock the trailer, connect to your vehicle, and complete STEP 2 (Fill Out Check-Out Form) that you received after submitting your rental agreement. 

*Step 2 Needs Completed Prior to Leaving with the Trailer.*

Returning the Trailer

Upon returning the trailer, you can park it in an open parking spot and Complete STEP 3 (Submit Your Check-In Form) to successfully return the trailer. Then put the keys back in the corresponding trailer lock box and any equipment you borrowed back into the storage tote.

Frequently Asked Questions

Making your reservations are a breeze. Select your preferred trailer and time you would like to set up your rental. We will reach out to you to confirm. You will then receive an invoice from Square. As soon as payment is received, we will send you a text to sign your rental agreement in the Renter-Links-Hub. That's it. You're all set up for your rental.


Because we’re a home-based business, we’re able to offer super flexible, appointment-based trailer rentals. Also, we are now able to offer contactless pickup and drop-off. After you book you appointment, we will keep you notified about schedules.

All appointments are scheduled and were not always home for walk-ins, but we’re happy to make special arrangements when needed. Have a question about availability you can either call us at (937)407-1386, or check the trailers View Availability tab for the trailer you are inquiring about.


Amount paid is fully refundable if reservation is cancelled within a 24 hr notice or more. Reservations cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice are subject to a $50 charge. Amount refunded will be the amount paid minus $50.


A valid driver's license, valid auto insurance, card to hold on file for any rental related fees or damages, an appropriately rated hitch for the trailer requested, vehicle in good working condition that has the necessary electrical connections and can tow the GVWR of the requested trailer. Our goal is to have what you need, when you need it. 


Each trailer comes with specific equipment based on what it is set up to transport. We can't prepare for everything, but we try our best.


Two of the most common questions we get asked is if we charge for mileage and do we allow out of state rentals? We are strictly on a time-based system meaning you are only charged for your rental time period and if there are any damages to the trailer or provided equipment during the rental. And yes, out of state rentals are not a problem. Our trailers have left the state on multiple occasions with the farthest out so far have been to Houston, Texas and Sturgis, South Dakota!
